1015 pupils from 6 to 17 years of age study in the musical school. 600 of them are girls.
The general school program includes musical education: basics of music, ability to read musical notes, singing and acquaintance with the world famous composers and their works.
The schoolchildren love this subject very much. After classes the classroom is used as a vocal workshop. 15 girls of different ages have vocal classes here. The vocal group participates in different competitions and wins many prizes. But the classroom really needed renovation: the windows, the floor, the lighting system had to be changed. The new furniture and the acoustic equipment were necessary too. The classroom was repaired.
The money for the renovation was donated by the clubs of Region 2, Denmark, club of Lviv, Ukraine and Lyceum No.45, Lviv
